Traction Group Holdings, Inc. Is the exclusive distributor and
certified training company representing several manufacturers, TuffCoat
Inc., Gryphin Inc. and Global Safe Technologies, Inc. We treat all
types of floor surfaces to make them slip resistant with our unique and
ADA and OSHA certified products and service.s We are continually adding
new floor safety products and services.
We offer a great opportunity with our slip resistant surface
treatments, cleaners, degreasers and sanitizers and our slip resistance
maintainer, Clean Step. We are currently interviewing for sales
representatives, certified applicators and area distributors. Any
reserved or defined business territories will be exclusive and
protected. The market and income potential for these products is
extensive.
Our products have been designed specifically to address a serious
problem faced by many businesses – slip and fall accidents that can,
and do, result in significant lawsuits, Workers' Compensation losses
and liability insurance claims. By utilizing our services and products,
businesses can lower their insurance rates and lower worker’s comp
claims, not to mention savings on expensive litigation and/or
settlements from slip and fall accidents. Until now, businesses didn’t
have much available to protect themselves against these losses.
Sales Professionals
Qualifications
include self-motivation, the ability to work independently as well as
with a team, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Outside sales and industrial or chemical industry or service industry
experience (restaurant, hotel, etc.) are a plus, but not necessary for
the right person. This is a direct sales business-to-business position.
As an independent sales contractor, you will be responsible for making
daily sales calls, product demonstrations, scheduling installations,
and managing your territory. You will work closely with Traction Group
Holdings, Inc. who will fulfill the product orders, provide
applications and installations and services. Traction Group Holdings,
Inc. will provide you with comprehensive training, support, and give
you the tools you need to be successful.
Certified Applicators
Certified
Applicators may operate in an exclusive territory. The have
sub-distribution rights in a defined area including the ability to
retail most of the products supplied by Distributor. They are fully
trained and certified as professional applicators. They sell product
and provide service. We provide all training and product information.
We set minimum pricing and supply all products to our certified
applicators. Certified Applicators must attend Distributor’s 2 day
training session in Denver. Training is free, travel and
accommodations, meals and expenses are to be paid for by Certified
Applicator. An initial minimum product and supply purchase is required
prior to starting your business.
Area Distributors
Area Distributors are retail outlets for sale of Distributors products. Annual minimum sales quotas may be required.
