"G" PRODUCT SERIES
TractionTough™ G Series coatings provide superior non-skid safety to a
wide range of surfaces including steel, wood, concrete. They are
durable, long-lasting, weather-resistant and chemical resistant.
Uniquely, they meet Military Specs for durability under extreme conditions and loads.
G
Series products are available in a variety of colors including OSHA
Safety Colors and they can be custom blended to a specific color.
Applications
are unlimited -- from manufacturing plants, warehouse, commercial &
industrial to outdoor, trucking and marine surfaces.
This
product conforms to all Regulatory Compliance levels and may qualify
for the IRS Section 44 Tax Credits and Section 190 Tax Deductions.
G Series Products adhere to wood, concrete, metal, fiberglass, plastic, rubber & vinyl.
Manufactured
in the US, the G Series was created for the military and as a result
has a proven track record and has gone through exhaustive testing.
G
Series Products have superior slip resistance ratings, under dry
conditions they have more traction than carpet and under wet or dynamic
conditions most are rated at a COF of 1.0+.
The coatings are able to be cleaned using a spray & extract method and auto-scrubbers also may be used.

G-2216 TWO-PART HEAVY-DUTY EPOXY: G-2216 Non-Skid is a
two-component, heavy-duty epoxy non-skid coating containing a synthetic
resinous binder system and abrasive particles. This system can be used
on steel, aluminum or concrete when a heavy-duty non-skid is required.
This product features excellent resistance to oils, grease, hydraulic
fluids, detergent solutions, salt water, alcohol, gasoline, and most
acids. Because of its excellent resistance to wear and extreme
temperature changes, G-2216 Epoxy Non-Skid will provide years of
service when properly applied. This coating meets the performance
requirement of US military specification MIL-D-23003SH (Type III),
MIL-D-24483A(S) and DOD-C-24667.
G-1191 ONE-PART WATER-BASED COATING: G-1191 Non-Skid
is a lightweight, non-slip floor and deck covering compound developed
for use over aluminum, steel, wood, concrete or polyester (fiberglass).
This material is used on areas subject to foot traffic in confined
spaces. It is long wearing with a hard, non-porous surface and is
resistant to extreme temperatures. G-1191 Non-Skid contains a
synthetic, resinous binder and abrasive particles. Because it is
water-based, it is easy to apply, especially in areas where solvents
are a problem. This coating meets the performance requirement of US
military specs MIL-D-23003SH (Type II).
G-501 TWO-PART LIGHT-WEIGHT EPOXY COATING: G-501 Epoxy
Non-Skid is a lightweight, non-slip deck covering compound developed
for use on aluminum, steel, wood, concrete or polyester (fiberglass).
This two-part system meets all the requirements of US military specs
MIL-D-23003 (Ships) Type H.
G-350 CHELATING COATING: A superior performance,
corrosion resistant, flame resistant, lightweight, labor saving, single
coat coating for areas where Volatile Organic Content limitations are
of major consideration. This high performance coating developed for use
in areas where corrosion and fire resistance are major considerations.
In addition, the G-350 Series Chelating Coatings are flexible, abrasion
resistant and, because of their lower dry film weight, well suited for
application in weight critical areas. G-350 reacts with top layer atoms
of aluminum, iron, steel and copper on which it is coated,
incorporating them into the actual coating. It is extremely resistant
to fire and does not blister or peel when subjected to extreme heat.
Also, bonds very well to certain types of plastic composites and forms
a superior moisture barrier, thus allowing a longer exterior exposure
time for those materials.
G-650 SELF-LEVELING EPOXY SEALER: Intended for use in
a high performance floor system. The coating provides a high gloss,
seamless, hygienic surface that is both hard wearing and durable, it
can also be used to provide a non-skid surface.
G Series Pricing varies upon product, surface and size of application. Price starts at $5.50 per square foot.
