Traction
Floor Safety Certified Applicators are trained and certified in their
unique ability to offer a variety of solutions aimed at reducing Slip
and Fall incidents that occur on most any surface that can become wet,
soapy, oily, greasy and soiled.
We
offer three distinct types of solutions, each affecting the surface
differently but all resulting in surfaces that are "actively mitigated
for slip and falls" to a generally accepted Federal and State Standard.
Traction

is responsible for US Operations, Distribution and Certified Applicator
Training implementing the Traction Floor Safety Program™.

Safety Audit
We start with a Surface Safety Audit examining four key areas of risk:
- History and use of the surface, equipment placement and loss prevention.
- Current condition and examination of suitability for slip resistance applications.
- Cleaning procedures, schedule, training and type of chemicals utilized.
- Potential for static and dynamic slip and falls, trip and fall issues and other regulatory factors.
We take photos and prepare a Surface Report and Project Bid with
specific recommendations on which products to be considered, costs and
implementation logistics. We then conduct appropriate free product
testing allowing for evaluation.
